J’apprécie globalement cette application simple donc efficace. Je suis juste un peu gêné par la commande inspiré /expiré. J’aimerais pouvoir la supprimer et pour rythmer ma respiration en me reposant seulement sur la signalétique visuelle.

Cela est très important car en effet ça donne de bonnes habitudes quotidiennes, cela permet de se re concentré sur notre respiration et les tensions qui peuvent parfois s’alléger grâce à ça. Donc merci. Ce petit rien est pas un petit rien mais un une grande aide pour revoir ses priorités et sa santé mentale et physique.
