So far the app is already competing but one thing that needs to improve is the realtime graph in market. It is difficult to trade if you are not able to see the realtime movement of the graph. There is a big delay which is difficult and possible for improvement. Thanks hope you fix this

When you trade on this platform the fees are so damn high. Imagine buying crypto price there is a more than 20% difference between the price and the proceeds.

I want to send money from gcash to coins but otp wont send to my number 😡😡😡😡

Even turned off all alerts for the crypto still there are so many notifications from it.

The trading fees are too much high than other cryptocurrencies trading site. In binance they have 0.1% from $211.445x0.1% it will be cost of .211 usd. But here in coins.ph buying AVA AI(2.91 pesos) in 1254.17 pesos then you’ll get 344.831 only and if 344.831 x 2.91 its only 1003.45 then the trading fee is 251 pesos this trading fees are too much. Scam tsk tsk.

Coins has very low liquidity because of this the market fluctuates a lot, i sold some crypto at high price and bought at a lower price (both at market order not limit) because of the low liquidity I actually lost a lot of money than earn because my orders were opened at different price levels. Eg. lets say i have 100k and i buy coins that cost 25php because of low liquidity there isn’t enough sellers to buy my coin at 25ph so the market bought my coins at different price levels such as 30php, 27php, or 24php. As a result iam at a huge loss. Dear traders this crypto app exchange is not worth its 4+ star rating, Binance, Bybit, Kucoin or high liquidity exchanges is much better than this. I hope you learn something from my review.

Can you add like sitomatic log out just like in the gcash app

Provide a feature or functionality where we can convert the small amount or non-tradeable value of tokens into PHP or PHPC. The crypto app has this functionality. The feature where it shows the current profit margin however I think it should provide the original value of amount trade to know exactly if there was a profit. The current feature provides it however it’s the current price and not the original price when the token was bought. I think this is how it should be from where I’ve seen it from other trading applications or websites. The OTP should be enough as 2FA for cash out and other payment or transfers
