That’s all
Literally the Worst Food App
Title says it all. I have never had a positive experience when ordering using their app. It’s not user friendly and on top of it any “estimated time for delivery” they give you is always a hour or two off. I always just assume that I’m gonna get my ice cream in the next 24 hours cause it’s always a surprise.
Useless
It doesn’t even let you log in so what’s the point
Error when trying to put in card
Please fix it. I can’t enter my card. Keep getting “Type Error: Cannot read properly “token” of undefind” when trying to enter credit cards. Also, add Apple Pay option.
Exceptional ice cream and service
Fast and easy order and pick up. Always delicious treats with no wait ! Thanks Coldstone!!
Can’t put in apartment
App will not let me put in an apartment number. I’d have to put it in the instruction which would probably be missed so not ordering
Order processed incorrectly
I ordered 1-got to have it and 2-love it And all 3 were love it.
Points don’t update
There’s some kind of glitch where the points don’t update when using the app
Online order strawbaerry passion cake for anniversary
The cake was old and very dry. It was very disappointing.
