Cold Storage: Grocery Delivery

Downloaded the app for the first time and was going to submit Home For Christmas pre-order items but after 3 time consuming attempts at failing to receive the discount coupons (a totally baffling and inexplicable process) and not retrieving any coupon codes at all, totally annoyed and decided to ditch this app and buy from elsewhere.

It’s my first CS online order & I found that the product info & picture of most of the item are too limited for me to feel confident in buying

Why is there a Chinese notification when I tried to access the app via ShopBack? hmm… I have always been using Eng on my mobile. 哎呀，服务器太累了，休息休息一下(605).

Your choice of Chardonnay wines is too limited a too expensive. Please add Chilean and cheaper Australian wines.

Address cannot select.. and click any icons shows cannot load, unstable connection.. but i am using wifi at my home.. and i am playing youtube video but why unstable internet connection.. use the maps in app cannot see my block.. waste of my time to download the app.

I like how my ice cream is always packed in freezer bag with the freezer pack. But would be better if oos item is not reflected for order as my order is always delivered with afew items oos.

Suddenly the old app is replaced by a new one. No seamless transition. And the login credentials from their website do not work with the new app. Why on earth do I need to re-register? That’s how you loose customers! Super bad cex!

The new apps is a nightmare for me now ordering my weekly online Cold Storage groceries. It keeps on giving me Chinese message that I have to switch to another shop but does not offer me way to select my store. I only have CS recommend. I am no longer able to choose Cold Storage shop. I am so frustrated that I have stopped using the apps for my weekly shopping and switched to another platform. It is so silly to use cheaper software solutions without proper understanding of shoppers preferences and habits.
