Good immunities, good food

Worst management I have seen so far. You keep on raising tickets, calling staff. But no one cares. Imagine you are getting electricity bill of 1500+ without even staying in the apartment. Avoid

Good online platform to book your stay

The Colive app offer access to all amenities, facilities, and service request with an intuitive interface. I can check my WiFi usage, receive important notifications, and updates for my requests. Very helpful app coupled with an excellent living space. Really appreciate the neatness and staff.

I moved in to Colive Cleveland in Dec2019. The move-in was very easy and simple. The apartment was furnished and comes with a full gas cylinder and stove kit. The property manager was very accommodating and helped resolve internet and DTH issues. The cleaning service is okay, need to ask if you want something in particular to be cleaned. Good security measures (cameras, biometric entry). The use of washing machine can become annoying since there is a limited number of machines and most of the folks need to use the machine at the same time. Good mix of people which allows you to enjoy festivals and events while away from home. Overall, a decent place to stay.
