The recent update on 10/10 unfortunately broke the app for me. When attempting to open specific days to view the itinerary, the app crashes. This is extremely frustrating as Collette encourages the use of the app while on trips.

After latest update (October 2024) the app is unusable. When clicking on the destination and date tab it supposed to bring detailed itinerary for that day, instead it crashes. It’s too bad because before the update I loved the app.

I just spent another GREAT vacation thanks to you guys. I have not vacationed with any other company in those land tours, but if that’s the way they all are then that’s perfect. This was my third vacation with Collette and they didn’t disappoint. This was by far the best. The other two were great but this really left a utopian feeling on me. Collette really took good care in planning this. I don’t know how you all managed that but… The tour manager Mohamed Ali was super

This app has everything! Places to eat, attractions and maps. Full itinerary for the trip. The most unexpected but wonderful detail is the journal!

Great app to keep trip schedule. Easy to navagate

Can’t wait to plan our next trip with Collette. Everything in their control was perfect just like they described. The things not in their control like weather and lost luggage they made phone calls and safety adjustments on the fly kept everything on schedule. Very impressed with our first trip with them.

I enjoyed receiving updates and communication from Collette through their. App. I felt like they wanted to ensure every detail of my trip went as planned.

Not user friendly and does not update all departure/arrival times. Was confusing to check in for our flights (which confirmation code to use, etc). I kinda hated it but had no alternative.
