To log in to this app you need to be a member of Colonial First State with a FirstChoice account.
The app supports all features for Super accounts and we are continuously rolling out new features for investments and pension accounts. Cash Fund and Annuity products have limited key functions.

No facility to withdraw so no good for me

Used to be great

This APP used to be great. Now endless problems logging in, something went wrong every time or “we are undertaking maintenance”. Tired of waiting for bug fixed that dont come. Also time to start looking for another super fund with an APP that works. Given the fees you expect more from a big player

Says something went wrong… first time for me. Doesn’t give me confidence, hope it’s working tomorrow

Constantly crashes or simply won’t open.

Broken app

App is broken, fix it.

On iPhone says: something went wrong. Always. I’m never able to actually use it.

Graph missing

Can’t see graph.

New Look Not Working

The old interface worked well, the new look interface is not. I’m seeing very little on the home page, just my current balance, no history, graphs or anything, just a white page. It would appear this new look is a work in progress.

New version needs some work

Hi. Been a good app on the whole. New version has some changes but some things not right. Says on main screen “tap on dates” but no dates show to tap on. Says “swipe for previous years”. Swiping doesn’t seem to do anything. No sign of years are showing anyway. Graph doesn’t have context to understand it. Y axis amount but X axis is blank. Also used to say what date the balance was as at. That’s gone now. Just an amount. Would be great to get this back. Thanks.
