No support
I have purchases dating from the present going back years, the app stopped accessing my magazines I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no success. I have sent a request for support but have heard nothing and am unable to access my publications. Follow up I managed to find the problem, I read another article on DNS causing problems with the suggestion to tether to my mobile, I tried this and it worked, now I can access my backlog. The DNS seems to have cleared up for this particular issue.
