No support

I have purchases dating from the present going back years, the app stopped accessing my magazines I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no success. I have sent a request for support but have heard nothing and am unable to access my publications. Follow up I managed to find the problem, I read another article on DNS causing problems with the suggestion to tether to my mobile, I tried this and it worked, now I can access my backlog. The DNS seems to have cleared up for this particular issue.

Not linked to Website

It’s disappointing to find the app does not link to the website. The downloads I have on there are not available in the app and vice versa. I can’t import them either from the app into my iPads files as I can with the website downloads.

Unable to login to app

App does not accept digital subscriber login ‘Invalid Credentials’ but can login fine from the website.

Stopped Working

Worked initially from June 2017 but stopped working 2 days ago. Have lost ALL magazines and very unhappy. Do not use this app!

Not good

Not working, even if I managed to buy some of the mags, and refreshed this app, i can't open any of my purchases, as it shows only option buy or subscribe, but payment was successful, so not sure why. Every single time I'm trying to open, it kicks me out or just not reacting. Disappointed.

Wot has gone wrong this month?

Love this mag and have subscribed for well over a year, but this month's magazine just won't download fully. I get the image of the cover in the library, but it stays slightly greyed out and won't load. Hope this is being picked up back at base and will be corrected soon. Otherwise a really good, helpful read.
