The video has no sounds, redownloaded the app, didn’t fix anything. Spent hundreds dollars for no sound videos. Emailed them multiple times but never back from them. Very disappointed

The courses are great, but both the app and desktop player are absolutely terrible and invasive. The iPhone / IPad app won’t let you hook your device to an external monitor because it thinks you’re trying to use recording software. The desktop app is incredibly invasive and shuts down any video recording / editing software even when the player isn’t running so if you use anything like obs for streaming you’ll need to uninstall coloso’s player and restart your computer beforehand. Overall the experience of trying to watch courses that you’ve payed 150-200+ is really frustrating and combative.

The app works fine. No issues, class videos play smoothly. I’d prefer the app than the sketchy Koloso player they require you to install on PC. For iPad and mobile it seems to be alright. The content is good though since you’re learning from professional illustrators. Only 4 stars because on PC it’s very sketchy, I’m not downloading that on my PC.

Make the app better please.

Im 100% sure about my email and pa as I am logged in on the website on my pc. In the app it doesn’t work though.

The content i spent $200 is 5/5, great instructor. Unfortunately the app has many issues with no updates in sight. As of now now audio will not play on the app.

I have no problem with subtitles, already figured that out, but having the app (and browser) crashing all the time has gotten annoying. Right now I can’t even access the app which is a huge bummer. All Coloso needs is to run stabler! I’ve bought a handful of classes and they really are good! I just want to be able to watch them without it crashing or freezing up.

I bought a $200 course and the app won’t even let me sign in. I still haven’t gotten a reply email from them asking for help.

External monitor support is something that is basic functionality in iPad and iPhone 15 over USB-C. Plugging in a USBC to HDMI adapter says recording software detected, close the app and try again. This is unacceptable. Every video streaming app allows external monitor support.

For the amount of money you spend on a course, there is barely any guidance on what the best platforms are to use the app. You only learn about it when you get pigeonholed into using the app when you realize you can’t watch it on your iPad browser. Then when using the app, there is so much latency I don’t know how anyone manages to use this. My video always stutters and, in the last hour, wasn’t able to connect to the server about 10 times before I gave up. This is all the while I’m able to watch short-form video or listen to audiobooks just fine on the same wi-fi network. Save yourself the energy, just watch it on your computer.
