You’re refusing me access to what is mine.
My i6Plus phone died about a month ago without any warning. I had no choice but to purchase a new phone. Even though I purchased another Apple phone and I still have the same phone number and all the personal data is the same, you’re telling me that I’m signed with a user name from 7 years ago. I paid for this app and I should be able to access it without all this rigmarole you’re putting me through now. Apple says they are all about protecting customer privacy, but that doesn’t stop you folks from going on my phone and removing FREE apps that I installed on my own. Now I can’t access that app (Zedge Free Ringtones) and it is not available in the App Store. Stop messaging with my phone. You should be glad that I just purchased my 3rd Apple phone. If I had known I was going to be harassed like this before I purchased the last phone, I would have purchased a different phone like a Galaxy.
