Transaction history…not showing

I am receiving notifications even yesterday transactions. my phone is aways online. but this is happening everyday.

Can't open the app since a few days. As soon as the password is entered, the application disappears

When comparing to other banking apps this app is really unprofessional Not user-friendly at all. Too complicated. Doing fund transfers are really hard and higher fees being charged, even for online shopping the currency exchange rate is too high. The app directly cannot do any common and important things like fund transfers, we need to login through the web ever- time that’s sometimes unsecured. In vain I registered for a savings account at this unprofessional and complicated banking system. When I make a purchase online via the debit card , the amount deducted is on hold. So what if the debit card is hacked and the unauthorized users take an amount above the balance amount??? These features are not secure at all. Please make improvements in your application keep it technologically simple, secured and updated. The same developer has many applications on AppStore, I'm not sure which to download. Completely frustrating! I’ll have to deactivate my account and switch to different banking service. Hope for a better service soon.

Since last few weeks, app takes about one minute to view data.

OTP is not appearing near the keypad to insert them instantly and have to navigate so much to view the receipt of a transfer. Please check BML mobile app so much fast and user friendly. Kindly make it par with BML app at least for OTP and receipt matters to make your app more user friendly.

I have to open/close the app 2 to 3 times to load all the accounts.

The sign out option not working after login into the system. The problem is same after close the application and restart.Fix this mandatory issue.
