Unable to download Q+
I am experiencing the identical problem reported by the other customer. Could you kindly let me know if there is any other was that I could access this App as I am not ina a position to purchase a newer phone

Product of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, Q+ is the future of QR based payments in Sri Lanka. This app could also be used around the world and supports both Visa and MasterCard QR Code payments. This app is not restricted to merchants of any particular bank, this could be used locally and globally to process QR based payments.
Any of your COMBANK issued Credit, Debit or Prepaid card could be registered to make the payments through this app. MasterCard, Visa and Lanka Pay cards can be added to the app and you can add up to 5 cards to your app.
Payments can be done by the click of a button. All you have to do is scan the QR and enter the amount and the PIN. Payments are process fast and secure.
Transaction history inquiry can be done up to 06 months transactions. If there is a dispute about the payment transactions, such as duplicate posting, you can raise the dispute through the app.

Hi I just install the app to pay my CEB bill. Im in the CEB pay bill window waiting for the otp but Im not recieving any otp.

I use the app about one year. Normally I use this to pay QR payment at High Way exists. Now I noticed most of the time it is not working. After QR scanning it is only processing. I feel latest update was not compatible with ios.

I am a regular user of this App and this App is so user friendly and super fast. Congratulations ComBank!
Feedback on Recent Update
Since the update, I’ve noticed that when scrolling down notifications, the app automatically logs out, which is quite inconvenient. It would be great if this issue could be addressed immediately to improve the overall user experience.
New update problem
After updating I can’t login. Please fix it
App Stopped Working After their New Update
I’ve been using this app since a few years ago and this was one of my favorite. I used this for every payment I made online. Before a couple of days earlier my App was stopped working. It says an error of “IP Address may not be empty”. It’s really frustrating to see this and there’s no any solution from their end.
