Confusing? How many clicks to edit? Really - you need a manual to use this software. I’ve used several others in the last including Expensify and Concur - which are designed to be fairly intuitive. ComBTAS makes my face screw up every time. Guys - really - read up on Ux and maybe have a look at how software was designed 10 years ago to get some tips on how to advance this.
The App is very slow. It often get stuck, which is extremely uncomfortable while you are traveling and need to upload expenses regularly.
Not all functionality required in expense submission is working in app, you have to log in to web, do it there, and then return to app and continue in submission process. The process itself is very complicated.
