I connected my iPhone no problem but my iPad cannot find the system. The iPhone and iPad are on the same Wi-Fi network that is hosted by the router where the interface box is connected. All app settings on iPad are the same as iPhone. Also cannot connect my wife’s iPhone or iPad. Very inconvenient when my wife needs to use my phone to change settings. Please update to allow multiple devices.

I previously wrote a review saying nice concept but... In the last couple months Zehnder has fixed the app and it does everything it was sold as doing. It now works with my Viasat Satellite Internet service at my off grid home and works on the local LAN. I’m happy enough with Zehnder, my LANC internet connect to my Q600 unit that I bought another identical system for another structure I have, a heated garage with living space above. Very satisfied, but even more important I’m really happy they improved the app and made it work. They obviously care about supporting their products.

Aktuell sind wir sehr genervt, Steuerung springt immer auf Stufe 3, auch, wenn man Stufe 1 öfter einstellt. Ganz lustig bei dem heißen Wetter tagsüber..

Wunderbar übersichtlich!. Mit der App lässt sich alles bequem und einfach bedienen/steuern (iOS 16.5). Alles funktioniert - auch per Fernzugriff. Die Anschaffung des Netzwerkmoduls hat sich für mich auf jeden Fall gelohnt - Kompliment an die Entwickler!. Eventuell wäre es noch möglich, die Bypass-Stellung in Prozent in die App zu integrieren. Am Bedienteil der Lüftungsanlage kann man sie ja auslesen - das wäre noch fein. Aber auch so: 👍

Steuerung funktioniert überhaupt nicht - möchten die Anlage auf Stufe 1 laufen lassen und sie springt selbsttätig ständig auf höchste Stufe - Ergebnis: wir lassen die Anlage komplett aus - das kann es nicht sein. Bitte um Lösung.

Hallo, in der App ist es nicht möglich die Temperaturen vor und nach dem Erdwärmetauscher auszulesen. Diese Temperaturen sind immer identisch, obwohl der Erdwärmetauscher an ist. Schade, sonst ist die App ganz gut.

Hallo, seit dem letzten Update ist die App zwar verbunden, aber regelmäßig kann ich nichts damit tun, da sämtliche Funktionen disabled sind, sprich ich kann einfach nichts damit Steuern. LAN Zugriff ist erlaubt, Problem auf iPhone XS latest updates

Unter IOS 14 ist die App leider ohne Funktion und kein Zugriff möglich. Wann gibt es endlich ein Update?

Ich bekomme leider keine Verbindung zur LAN C Schnittstelle, da die App keine Berechtigung für das lokale Netzwerk unter iOS14 anfordert.

Update 10//11.12.2020... am 10.12. klappte der externe Zugang, um dann heute 11.12. wieder nicht mehr zu funktionieren. Lässt sich ja einfach testen: wlan aus und verbinden in der App... Feedback auf Entwickler: Auch nachdem ich die Schnittstelle auf jedem Gerät neu eingerichtet habe, klappt es nicht . Ja, auch nach Aktivierung des Fernzugriff noch mal per wlan die App aufgerufen.
