Location issue
Cannot even select or type postal code for the exact pickup point and destination.How am I supposed to book a cab?

I downloaded this app in order to write a review here. I apologize to Comfort Cabs Inc and their developer for the those old reviews made on this app. Our Singaporean people mistakenly used your app as if Singapore taxi company ComfortDelgro also know as Comfort Taxi. To all new user the review ratings is not reflecting the actual Comfort Cabs. Kindly ignore the weighted rating. To fellow Singaporean, the Comfort App you are looking for is called ZIG, that’s the official ComfortDelgro App. DON’T download this app and make negative reviews. That’s very impolite and unprofessional.
Fire the developers
Really poor app. Can’t even input addresses correctly. Keeps coming up with Canadian addresses. So in the end can’t use the app. The old Comfort app is at least usable
Horrible APP!
When I searched for taxi apps I would expect I would get a Singapore appropriate one. I should have read the previous reviews and not download this horrible horrible app. I used my Singapore mobile number and yet the location could not pick up any Singapore address! Please take this down from the App Store! It’s irrelevant!
Can’t use
After download ur apps can’t use at all
Cannot locate address in Singapore
Downloaded today but sad to say cannot find my home and work place address. Waste time!!
Incompetent app
Downloaded your app 2 months ago to realise that I’m not able to access it when I needed to hail a cab yesterday. Deleted app and reinstalled new version and did a trial. App wasn’t able to recognise my intended destination in Singapore, all the prompts were of locations in Canada. This is downright shameful, to say the least, you owe it to your drivers to have a competitive app.
Do not recognize Singapore address
This app does not recognize Singapore address. When I tried to key in 24 highland road, they give a list of Canada address .
This is a joke
Like all the other reviews mentioned, totally horrible What a joke, and nothing is being done?? Someone ought to be fired!
Does not recognise local addresses
This app only show addresses from Canada and Australia. Even manually key in the address, can’t locate.
