Every single time I tried to book a practical test the app always either crash or log me out, when I try to log back in it will say invalid ID or password and I have spam the log in button until it eventually logs me in. Even when it works and I manage to tap onto one of the time slot, when I reach the check out page it will just kick me out and says another student/customer has already booked this slot, shouldn’t it be confirm once I reached the check out page ? What is the point of me paying so much money for registration, all the theory test and simulator just for me not able to get any practical test ???? Isn’t this just scamming student’s money at this point and I have to renew everything once it expires just cause Ive tried for many months to book a practical test ????

Keeps crashing and logging you out. Keeps throwing out irrelevant errors like password too weak, eyesight test haven’t pass etc etc.

Omg this app have crashing like nobody business. There is no way I can make any booking.

Agree with so many other comments before me. The app constantly crashes when I try to book practical test dates. Ridiculous how the app is and how the learners have to suffer because they are not willing to improve the app.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. The app keeps crashing (please solve this! It happens every 20th of the month – it’s expected traffic, so I hope your IT team can address it). Every time I add money, it doesn’t show up until much later, which is extremely frustrating. Please fix this.
