Very poor quality application
What a terrible app. The architecture is horrible. It’s very buggy. Someone hired their cousin to code this. Extremely unimpressed.

Application médiocre
Application vraiment mal développée, ne respecte pas les conditions (ne pas déranger, sommeil…) et sonne même quand on bloque les notifications.
Application pourrie pour iPhone
Ne toucher pas à cette application si vous avez des iPhone Ça marche une fois sur deux et encore Soutien technique inexistant
Affreux
Si je pouvais donner -5 étoiles je le ferai, ne fonctionne presque jamais et aucune solution de la part des techniciens, pourquoi paye-t-on? Je me le demande. Je déconseille fortement
Épouvantable
Vidéotron déçoit beaucoup avec cette app, on ne peut pas faire des appels entrants, et quand on doit en recevoir, ça ne sonne pas. Inacceptable pour une si grande compagnie.
PROBLÈMES
sérieux cette app fonctionne tout croche. Multiple problèmes de connections. Ma ligne sonne sur mon iPhone une fois et ensuite plus rien… je dois constamment me déconnecter, éteindre mon iPhone pour ensuite me reconnecter. J’ai un excellent wifi et pour mobile lte en ville. Inacceptable pour une entreprise comme Videotron

Application instable
Avec solution hybride, cette application sonne malgré que l’appel aie été répondu sur le téléphone. Régulièrement, je réponds à un appel et la ligne se coupe. L’application plante souvent. Malheureusement, c’est la seule application pour le système de Vidéotron.
Décevant
De nombreux bugs avec l’application quand tu utilises IPhone. Impossible de faire des appels sortant, application qui ferme tout seul, impossible de prendre les messages vocaux etc. La seule réponse qu’on vous donner toujours auprès des conseillers c’est enlever l’application et remettez la. Vraiment tannée de faire ça à chaque mois!
