Doesn’t work
Crashes every time I open it. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to no avail. Utter trash.

Inconsistent
Dropped connection often even though all network connections have internet access. App doesn’t recognize router as being online. Failure to recognize all devices connected to network. Right now my phone shows offline yet I am online through my home network.
No wifi?
It says that there isn’t WiFi when there is and it doesn’t let me see who all is connected.

That’s all it’s all about. How about a app that works first? No just want someone to pay for parental controls that work even though you say you have them. SMH
Missing Necessary Feature
No ability to set WiFi channel. Have a Nakamichi Soundbar which connects to the subwoofer via a point to point connection in the 5 GHz band. Router insists most often on Channel 149, which is very noisy when the soundbar is on. On the rare occasions when the router channel is 40, there is no interference. I think it is perfectly reasonable for the end user to be able to set the router WiFi channel.
“Unable to connect at this time”
Seems like this is an occurring issue with iPhone’s IOS update, please fix as soon as possible, controlling the entire modem’s connections is what brought a stable connection through out the household.
24.4.0 version
You will need to log out of the app and then log back in for this new version to work. Back to normal, thank you.
App quit working
Does not work after iOS 18 update.
Doesn’t work
Ever since the app update it doesn’t load at all. Just gives an error message. Please fix this.
Won't open
Just updated to find the new update won't open. Kudos on breaking it
