It was fine before, only crashed once or twice, but now I can’t even open the app, it crashes before I even get to the login page, disappointing, please fix the problem so I can get on with my banking.

I’m posted the same complaint for the second time in 3 months. The app can only use for transaction with primary account. I have second account and cannot do any transaction with this account. If I want to transfer there is a drop down list but my second account is not listed. Today I called the customer service, they said the solution is to delete the app, reinstall again and use my secondary account, use it for transaction… So what if I want to go back to my primary account, delete-reinstall-use my primary account. That is not a solution! Fix the app! Previous CommbankID app you can switch between account easily, same with other banks app. So please fix it!

Tombol log out sangat penting. Di app ini, tombol log out ditempatkan di menu “Lainnya”. Jadi tidak intuitif. Seharusnya tombol log out berada di beranda. Atau lebih baik lagi dibuat tersendiri sebagai menu atama.

The new app is actually good, modern feel, a lot of new features. Was gonna put 5 stars until I realized we can only transfer out using the main account. My second account info is just sitting there cannot be utilized. Can’t even transfer between commbank accounts because of this!! Called the call center, the answer was please download the old app again to transfer from second account. Disappointed, you should’ve thought this through, all other banks can use 2 accounts transactions.

Hi Developer, please fix this issue, the app keep crashing every time I go to Transfer tab. I can access other tabs just fine, but the app crashes every time I go to Transfer tab, please fix this issue. That’s one of the most important tab, honestly. Also, if I already turn on Touch Id Log In, it would be more convenient if I don’t have to press the Touch Id icon every time I want to log in, that’ll be better UX. Honestly, for the biggest banking in AU this is a poorly designed UI/UX for an app.
