What a disappointment
yes! after such a fairy tale presentation by the PSIPL rep, the actual performance is below ground level! The app is good, PSIPL is abysmal! We keep writing complaints on the app, they keep not replying or, keep obfuscating! Our society (WATERLILY, ADANI SHANTIGRAM, GANDHINAGAR) pays them upwards of ₹24 LAKHS PER MONTH! And what we get is pathetic! Two property managers quit within a fortnight of each other. Troubleshooting is terrible (they took more than 48 hours to sort out a sewage pipe leak. In all that time, sewage with little mounds of human faeces flooded our basement parking continuously!) Horticulture is horrible. Housekeeping is hideous. Security is softer than melted butter. Folks, don't touch PSIPL (Kalptaru) with a barge pole. They are big time cons!
