Compass Time

Grateful for this app, it theoretically fixes long timeclock lines and everyone standing around in each others way wasting minutes of pay daily. The complaint many have is the unnecessary wait to clock in and out daily. Clocking out seems to work properly now, but clocking in still has issues. If we’re allowed to clock in 5 minutes before shift start time, clocking in with the app needs to account for that as well, instead of simply not letting you.

I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app a few times but I still receive the ‘out of range’ notification regardless of whether I am on site or in front of the time clock. It’s honestly very degrading as an employee to experience an app that doesn’t allow me to record my worked hours accurately. A fix would be much appreciated.

At least for lunch, because it doesn’t account for the allowed 5 minute early clock in time, and it setting clock out times automatically means clocking out with the app doesn’t work at all because it registers as a double punch. The complaint many have is the unnecessary wait to clock in and out daily, if the app functioned in reality how it functions in theory it would make pretty much everyone happy.

My team can never clock in or out!! New system needed!

iPhone 14Plus running iOS 17.5.1 Compass Time settings are on for precise location while using the app. I can be standing at our time clock and the app will not allow me to clock in or out, meal or back to work, the response is “out of range”

This app freezes constantly and the only way to unfreeze is deleting it. The time clock option does NOT update, so when you try to clock in, the app denies the entry and tells me that I am past quitting time and therefore need manager approval. This message appears at the start of my shift because the previous day time entries have not cleared and are still showing. I have deleted and reinstalled on different devices with the same results!

At the timesheet disappeared my days worked. Why?

Y’all need to really fix this app. Get your IT folks or whoever on it ASAP! My hours disappear like they were there few weeks ago now I can’t see anything. It’s real glitchy it’s like you guys just threw this together. Should really think about switching over to the gusto app! It’s way better than this. Horrible app. 0 stars

I’m using this for work and it’s inconvenient that I have to log in every time. The hours do not update either.

It doesn’t keep up with hours correctly. Check your hours people.
