Complicate It.
Complicate It allows you to (very) quickly set your Apple Watch's complication to anything you can say or type.
You can use your iPhone or the Apple Watch app to enter text.
If you're worried about putting secure information on your clock face, fear not. When you lock your watch, the app hides whatever you've set as your current complication. This is to allow you to feel secure in whatever you choose to set as your complication. Nobody will see it but you.

Sassy developer is my favourite developer.
Someone else's review: "this is horrible it has so many micro transactions I hate it and grammar and using any form punctuation except EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!" Developers response (pure genius gold): "it literally has four, and you can get one for free. Maybe the App Store isn't for you." Could not stop laughing. Brilliant. Anyway, four (really three) DLC/microtractions in the entire app is pretty dang good. In a world of monthly/yearly app subscriptions, (why is that a thing now?) I will always support any developer who will keep their app realistically affordable with a one off purchase. Kudos to you, developer. Kudos. To. You. <3 Oh, and the app is pretty dang good, btw. Love it. Would highly recommend.
