Concentrix ONE

I tried to login around 10 times, it redirect’s me to login page.

Helps me to see what’s happening in Concentrix, connecting with colleagues, Timeline…kudos to the team.

Excellent app and works as a collaboration tool. Helps to give Kudos to the colleagues. Lots of useful features.

This is all in one app for CNX teams .. great app that resolves all issues, provides key updates and helps reach out all teams on a finger tip whether you want to connect / appreciate a team member. Thanks CNX team for creating a world class app for a world class team .

It’s very good

So i’ve tried this app a few times and later i tried it briefly and found that the only thing missing out here is optimisations. The app had nice features ans is very helpful for the employees and if properly channelised and regulated could be a very popular app in CNX network.

Everything is good with the app but I’m unable to view my tickets or complaints in this app. Whenever I go to My Help section and tap on “View Tickets”, that section get crashed. I’m using iPhone XR and I have tried to reinstall the app multiple times with no avail.

I have been using the concentrix one app from the very first launch of the application. In the initial days we have seen some ups and downs. Now with the latest release it has won my heart. It’s really easy to use and there is no lag at all in loading the pages. The pages are so interactive and expressive now. Kudos to the development team, you guys are doing a great Job. Thanks for making the HelpDesk more intuitive and spontaneous.
