Complete Concussions uses innovative technology to improve the way concussions are managed. This app provides seamless communication between athletes, sport teams, schools, concussed patients/caregivers, and their local medical team, so everyone is on the same page when concussions occur!
The Concussion Tracker provides for better concussion detection, recognition, documentation, management, and compliance with local and federal concussion regulations.
As a Coach, Trainer or Teacher you can:
- Document and screen for suspected concussions and report them directly into trained concussion clinics.
- Conduct sideline concussion testing with validated neurocognitive testing tools.
- Track injured athletes recovery progress.
- View suggested activity restrictions (ie., sport-specific drill suggestions for recovering athletes).
- Upload medical clearance documentation.
- Access to concussion resources and educational materials and guidebooks.
As an Athlete or Patient:
- Conduct regular baseline and post-injury concussion tests.
- Review CCMI in-clinic baseline test results.
- Find and access the nearest local concussion clinics.
- See prescribed rehab exercises and restrictions.
- Communicate with your treating clinician (daily symptom inputs and activity documentation).

Took 20 minutes to do self check and then said invalid concussion testing not impressed
Not as advertised
App only for use by medical professionals certified with the company, useless for self-tracking
Life saver!
My sons coach reported an injury using this app right on the field. The report went to our local clinic and we were able to get in for an appointment the next day. Such an invaluable tool and app for any coach.

Unable to utilize this app unless you pay the 14.99 for the course and complete the course.

I love the available information. Would be great to have a parental login where you could see all your children without having to do a full log out and log in.

I value the knowledge I learned from CCM course. This app is the perfect tool to compliment the course. Easy to use and loaded with great information. Would highly recommend the app to any athlete, trainer or parent!
Super easy app
I have to say this app was very helpful for the head injury I got playing hockey. Not really knowing a whole lot about concussions and what to do after or what to look out for, I found this app super helpful to lead me down the road to recovery and find a certified practice to help me get back to my physically demanding career
