It is enough to change your router - and there is no way to reconnect to your robot again. Textfield with network name doesn’t work, and even after entering correct Wifi password, “Siguente” button does nothing. To be fair, if you’re lucky enough to connect - robot is not bad, and app generally works (with bugs and crashes, but works). That’s why I put 2 stars, not 1. But if I would have chance to go back in time - I would rather buy a robot from other (generally more expensive) brand, only because of Conga’s terrible software.

The app randomly deletes the saved map from the memory and the hoover becomes completely useless. There is no option to save the map and download it later, you have to go through all the room again in auto mode (and ours is full of small chairs and other similar things that we have to move out pf the way). No possibility of having two or three floors - again auto mode for every one them and again and again. Never buy this piece of garbage if you don’t want to be constantly frustrated.

Cant update firmware of my new s3090. Its show pop up about update downloading. But indicator bar not moving and nothing happen after:(

Desde hace un tiempo no conecta con la app y no hay forma de volver a vincularla

No hay manera de que se conecte el robot a la red wifi. Ni con reseteo de router, ni reinstalando la App, ni con nada. Fatal. Cero pelotero…

No hay manera de que se conecte, fatal…decepción total. Con esto y el servicio tecnico deficiente dudo que vuelva a comprar nada de Cecotec…

Intento registrarme con un correo y se queda pillado después de meter el numero de certificación que te mandan al correo electrónico, de ahí ya no puedes hacer nada ni volver a intentar el registro con el correo ni acceder con ese mismo que en teoría ya esta registrado. Completamente inutil

La conga se desvinculó de la app y no hay manera de volver a conectarla con el wifi (de 2,4 G)

La app es de lo peor

Los wifis de ahora que van con 5G no llevan conexión 2.4Gz imposible conectarlo con el robot
