Congee Queen Group

Basically says that all the locations are closed. It’s 7PM on a Tuesday- they’re not all closed. I can order through the phone or Uber.

You can only see tiny pics of the food, if you click on it the picture disappears. App as bad as their customer service.

Cant place any order because the app just crashes. There’s no point to this app if we can’t order.

Could not place an order for pick up. Option for pick up nor delivery are loading. After much waiting, it says “timed out”.

Had dinner there the other night was a bit sceptical… however, dinner was absolutely amazing. Our meal arrived really fast. The only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t know you had to order on your phone- you have to scan the slip they give you and then place your order. Would’ve been nice if somebody had told us that to begin with. But the people at the next table were very helpful.

The course of sweet sour pork with full of pork fat belly without meat!!! Really can not eat. I am so disappointed about this restaurant.

Ordered through the app. After waiting for close to an hour, my order gets cancelled. That’s how these guys operate. Frustrating.

Doesn’t work on my 13 pro

The order did not get processed to the restaurant system automatically. It still needs some manual transfer from the cashier and cashier is too busy to transfer your order. We placed the order at 5pm, got to the restaurant at 5:30, waited in line for 10 min and got told they did not place the order in their system yet. Finally got our two dishes at 6:15. Such a waste of time!!!!!

What a piece of junk. It is not even worth articulating all of the bad things about it. I stopped ordering food from congee queen during lockdown because of this app.
