App shows connected to inverter but not showing correct reading on Home Screen dashboard raised complaint since last 2 months no solution.

First of all registering product is big headache there product not comes with inbuilt IOT device, need to purchase that separately to purchase that IOT devices need to struggle a lot dealers don’t have stock after a long try got in Amazon that used one, after installing that devices it’s lengthy process to complete registration Need to upload inverter pics solar panel pics invoice how god what not, Finally after completing registration, it too 3hr to know that app showing incorrect information Inverter showing low battery but app showing 100% of battery running with 10% load

After last update app is crashing while opening trends

App keep crashing while connect to inverter using Bluetooth please fix this

Frequent crashes is a big problem and I guess luminous is not working on rectifying the problem

Contains a lot of bugs in the application the metric of how much solar is generated what is the battery percentage contains a lot of bugs

I just love this app as it is showing actual figures

This possibly is the worst designed app on App Store and Apple should ban it. For no rhyme or reason, it asks for personal info such as your GPS coordinates and one has to mandatorily register phone number which gets verified via an OTP. Why do they need my email ID, phone number and my precise GPS location?
