Connect Gear

Hi there I’m having a few problems connecting my phone to the watch. When I press pair the screen goes dark then flashes light again the only way you can fix this is if you swipe up the app and there is no other way of getting out of this.

Too many glitches and now doesn’t work

It was good at the start but afterwards it’s device could not be connected to the app on Bluetooth which is useless and super annoying.

I can’t log back in or reset the password. Watch is good but the weather does not update.

Because my phone takes many tries to update the time and date after charging, I decided to log out and try again. However my email plus password no longer works. I have tried to log in with Apple, with Google and with Facebook but cannot get a verification code to go any further. I have read the Kogan manual but there are no troubleshooting answers. I’ve plugged it into the power to try to reset it but once it has some power it stays on permanently but won’t connect to the app.

Takes ages to load then crashes, if it loads at all

Super slow on my device. Would not recommend

It’s a good app but can you make it so I can see my messages and maybe if I get a call it goes to the watch

The app is fine it is just that it is. Hard to connect I had to delete the app 5 times
