Doesn’t allow log in!!! How many times I’ve tried but not logging in. Failed log in but no reset password option

Absolutely terrible app. No access to my medical results

It’s a great app when it works. Never had a problem with it until recently. Please fix the bugs as it’s saying cannot connect to server. I’ve tried deleting it and re-downloading, but still the issue continues. I’d like to have access to my own medical records.

I had an MRI last week in Kilkenny - despite the MRI scanner acting up, the Technician, Radiographer and Receptionist were pleasant, professional and helpful. It’s a very good set up

Paid €250 to see a specialist and was told they would be able to see images. Big meant they couldn’t open page 2!

This app just doesn’t work. It just won’t let me log in.

Would be good to view my images but app will not validate so I can not even get on to it.

I was told I would receive the report in 10 days. It’s now 29 days 🤔.The lady that dealt with me at reception was v nice also the procedure. But after that I’m disappointed . Thank you. Where is my report Please 25.8.21🙈

I had a ultrasound today in Affida clinic in Naas today . From arrival the receptionist was so professional , courteous and kindly spoken which is lovely in these trying times I have to say the consultant radiology was so professional in every way possible . I work in medical field and I have to say I have never met such a lovely gentleman he was so polite , kind and most of all so progressional , he explained everything in such detail . If every clinic had that kind of service it would certainly encourage more patients going forward to booking scans etc !!! Thank you , Christine .
