Had reload fund on but then suddenly stopped. Slow to process purchases once made. Often the app will not update with new balance until late in day or next day,

I’ve been trying to set up an account for the past days and I’ve been putting in my email address for both google and apple but still haven’t gotten any response or confirmation email to set up an account. Can y’all help me on this?

Where I work, we switched over to this company for our break room. Every single time I try to log in online or with this app, IT DOES NOTHING but tell me my info is incorrect. VERY frustrating!!!

Just wrote a five page review. Guess it didn’t go thru. Must have Facebook 3rd party monitoring

Can no longer scan items using the app. As the scanning machine in the room does not recognize the codes on many items, this whole process has become largely worthless.

I enter my info into the app to create and account and nothing. I do not get the email to confirm.

Great app, use it at work!
