We bought the bundle, monitor, crib light and humidifier and we couldn’t be happier so easy to use. I love the look of it too! Amazing

We bought these cameras when our first was born then an other a year later when our second was born. A year after that this company sent us 2 brand new versions of their cameras for free. Just an awesome stand up company in my opinion 👌🏻

Really bad preferred the camera before the update , we bought the sd card and it does not fully record the playback , my gets up at night and it does not even notify us anymore . I just lost my money since the upgrate terrible app . Really disappointed

Had to switch to new camera and new app. All of a sudden it just stopped working. Wont even turn on. Have no clue why but tried resetting it and it won’t work.

Spent nearly 200 dollars on continuous recording for cloud storage… cant rewind and look at any of the recording, it also deleted all of my saved events. Only reason it was purchased was to go back and see what happened though the night… cant do that, so not sure what, where or why it is recording and what I am paying for. Horrible customer service as nobody has any answers for these problems either.

Purchased the previous safety first monitor and was sent these ones as a replacement. Complete garbage. I’m able to connect the one monitor but the second monitor does not connect (I have 2 kids). Confirmed 2.4 GHz network. Connecting for the first time right beside the router. Monitor does not reset. Monitors worked for a week max and no longer working.

I usually don’t ever write reviews. But this product is beyond awful!!! Must have sent over 3 emails for connection issue without any response!! The new version can’t be paired with my phone, it requires the use of 2.4Hz router or something, seems like they just wanted to make it complicated for everyone. I’m never recommending this product. Getting rid of it and buying sth else. AWFUL!!

Got the new camera and app due to the old one being discontinued. The old camera was a 2/5 this one is a 1/5. Constantly disconnecting, difficult and so timely to set up (especially when travelling) Also why would I have to pay for a monthly subscription to see my own play back??

Was forced to switch to this new app with the new camera. Camera works fine, I’m okay with buying a memory stick so I can keep using the playback feature without having to pay the monthly subscription. You have to pay for everything now a days. This app is horrible and is a downgrade from the last one. To start I receive 100 notifications (no joke I’m sitting at 99 currently) a DAY. I try to reduce this, now it doesn’t send me any. There isn’t a sliding scale anymore at what strength you want the notifications to sit at. You also can’t ask for the notifications to be sent at a set interval, so I will receive these notifications one after another, and it doesn’t end! The sound connection only works sometimes, and less then that when you have it running through the background. Lastly you have to jump through multiple steps in order to find your playback from the night. And even that is difficult once you do find them. You have to scroll through them like you are trying to scroll looking for a radio station one second at a time (no joke, one. second over an 10hr period) It’s not user friendly at all. Please update, or just refer back to the old app. It was easier to use the functions and it didn’t kill my battery. Thank you.

The old one discountinued so they send us a new baby monitor by mail. They ask us the bday of our baby, a picture of him and our full localisation access to be able to instal and run the device with the app ! Why would you need that ? Wifi + device should be enough.
