What’s the point in making something that doesn’t work. Further more there’s absolutely no support. Shocking. Why has this not been sorted. Disgraceful 🤬

As others have said this app just will not find my phone. Wear os works, just. But this official Tag app will not find or pair with my connected phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times with no joy. Followed all the FAQs and still nothing. For an expensive watch your app is useless.

Do not buy a TAG Connected app never connects with watch so so unable to access watch faces main reason for buying watch. Many alternatives at a fraction of the cost that actually work

I have an issue where my Tag connected 46 doesn’t update the calendar day on the new watch face 2020. I have to a previous watch face and then back to the new watch face so it will display the correct date. For info. My Tag connected app will not see my watch. I have to rely on Wear OS to sync my watch to my phone. iPhone 11 running IOS 14.1

My connected 46 is updated to latest software. Works brilliantly with Wear Os app. First this could find the watch but wasn’t able to sync the watch faces. Now it doesn’t even find the watch anymore. Would expect more from a brand like Tag Heuer :( Update: support contacted me months ago with promise of an update. Still not working :( Amazing considering that a £80 chinese smartwatch app has no problem to connect to iPhone.

Nice of Tag to release new software for 2020 watches on not the pre 2019 models. We invested a fortune in these watches and we are left with the old duff software which won’t pair with your phone as it’s supposed to. Should have bought an I watch for a third of the price.

My TAG connected represents a reasonable budget for me buying a watch . I previously paid just over £200 for a garmin. Having spent just over 5 times that amount I can now say the garmin wins hands down. So far the TAG has proved to be disappointing. I know technology moves quickly but my garmin is a few years old and still beats it. I smell an expensive watch brand going for cheap technology options and buying into partners apps. I had one app for my garmin . So far I have downloaded 5 apps for this TAG. Come on TAG you are seriously letting yourselves down here !

As per previous review the app will not connect to the watch. I had an orange line which came up with connecting but it then defaults to the standard message informing you that your watch cannot be found. Update - after removal of app from watch and phone numerous times with the same result each time the app suddenly connectes bo problem!! Having used the app I found myself wondering why I bothered?? It allows you to add watch faces, personalise the watch faces and that is about it. I foolishly thought this would give similar options as to when I paired it to my work Xperia but no where near. Really disappointing App

This app and the Tag Heuer ‘not so smart’ watch are undoubtedly the most cumbersome, IT sensitive and user unfriendly system I have experienced. The disappointing thing is that many other less expensive brands appear to offer much better products. I would expect TH to do better given their status. Stick to mechanical timepieces & don’t expect Customers to spend countless days fighting with software to be able to tell the time & attempt to communicate with much smarter devices.
