Consult+

Bof bof. Je préférais Dialogue avec mon ancienne compagnie. Sur Consult+ des fois ils disent 2H d’attente et re reviennent après 6H. Ils ne voulaient pas me prescrire une simple prise de sang de Check-up, j’ai dû me déplacer chez un médecin. C’est également embêtant quand une infirmière refuse de nous donner des médicaments qu’un médecin nous a dit qu’il prescrirait si le problème. Là j’ai posé une question (savoir si je peux prendre un médicament naturel avec les médicaments d’allergies que j’ai). Et ils me proposent un rdv avec un médecin… j’ai demandé si au lieu de rdv je peux juste avoir la réponse à ma question. On me répond « désirez-vous poursuivre la prise de rdv ? » (le pire c’est que c’est bien des humains Haha). Je dis non mais vous ne répondez pas à ma question je vais donc aller voir un pharmacien. La personne me répond « d’accord si vous avez d’autres question n’hésitez pas. » LOL. Bah ils répondent pas aux questions donc ça sert à quoi de dire ça.

Good is that I can consult a nurse instead of going to the hospital ER and wait 30 hours to see a doctor, or go the clinic and wait 15 hours or most likely be turned away as they can only see 15 patients and there are hundreds there lining up at 7:40am hoping to see a doctor. The nurses so far solved my issues which were minor. But I’ve never been able to see a doctor in this virtual site as they always say the doctor would need in person physical exam , even for a bad cough, or injured joint. They need figure out a way they can diagnose virtually better instead of all the limitations

Très satisfaite du programme Consult+ j’ai eu un excellent service. J’ai répondu au questionnaire et l’infirmière m’a contactée sous peu et ensuite j’ai eu un rendez-vous avec un médecin par vidéoconférence et il a fait une prescription à ma pharmacie et c’est vraiment géniale!! Merci beaucoup

The worst

I love the app, i just wish you could actually find a family doctor or get a proper doctor visit. Otherwise, its a great app if you need someone to talk too OR you need a prescription refill OR your sick and need antibiotics. Very happy. Wait times are short as well. And service is incredibly fast.

I went through the whole process to diagnose my symptoms, provide pics, and finally got to choose a time to speak with a doc. Upon selecting a time, the app says the time is not available and someone will reach out to help book a time. It’s been silence. I tried this twice and it looks like there are appointments available in the next 30 mins but this dog water app won’t let me book a time. What’s the point?????

Both the website and app are not very helpful. It’s confusing and does not make any sense when I tried to navigate around. Not sure where to go when I wanted to chat to a profession. Need more user friendly instructions or a live person to speak to. Very dissatisfied.

Kids started to develop a rash that we knew would need a prescription, the Friday evening before a long weekend. We could have spent all weekend just trying to get an in-person appointment to get the prescription. Instead, we went through Consult+, spoke to a nurse within 20 minutes, and they sent the precipitation through to our pharmacy shortly thereafter. It was a HUGE time saver.

I used consult + a few times and it’s very user friendly, fast and nurses are very professional and helpful! All in the comfort of your own home, no waiting on a telephone line for an appointment.
