Very good app.. particularly useful and helpful in these covid 19 times.

This app has been invaluable in establishing near instant advice and guidance from specialists. The support team have been great in advising me on its use. The technology has worked perfectly without any issue so far. I cannot praise it enough. GP.

I’ve used the app a few times. There’s no wait, the consultants answer almost straight away. And the photo feature is so easy to use too.

Consultant Connect was introduced in my area last year and it is the best system our CCG have commissioned to date. The app is fantastic and provides a list of available specialties that I can speak to quickly often while the patient is still at the practice. Would highly recommend - especially with COVID altering referral pathways!

This app is really intuitive and makes it easy for me to contact specialists when I need quick advice for my patients. I also really like using the PhotoSAF option - knowing the clinical photos I take are stored in a secure portal, not on my phone is reassuring to both my patients and myself! Highly recommend using it if it’s available at your GP surgery!

Helpful tool to get immediate advice. Pick a specialism and then start calling! Within a minute, connected to a consultant on a live phone call. PhotoSAF is really helpful too for clinical photos.

I’ve used the service without the app and now I find using it saves time so I will keep on with it! It’s really easy to use which is good for me.

I am a fan of this app. I have had some really useful advice about where to send patients, even once finding out about a clinic I didn’t know existed. I find the app easy to use, which is great because I’m always in a hurry…

I love this app! It has helped me get advice for my patients super quick. This is the perfect app for GPs,also I can take clinical photos with it.

We trialled consultant connect recently and found it awful. Constant phone calls interrupting day to day activities and we weren't paid for it. It's good if you can have some dedicated time set aside for this but some GP's were treating this like we were at their beck and call. Until the payment is sorted out I would avoid.
