Remove the chatbot
You desperately need to make the chatbot a moveable element or allow us to get rid of it completely. It covers other items in the app and then I can’t click to close a pop up or other icon.

Good, but has problems
When you transfer funds from one account to another, you literally can’t see how much money is in the account if you have 3 or more accounts. The online chat bubble completely blocks being able to see how much money I have in 2 accounts when I go to transfer funds. Its not a major issue, but as far as presentation goes, it’s a little lackluster
Annoyingly Laggy
Love Consumers, but this app is sooooo laggy. I’ve contacted IT and they just continue to tell me they have no idea what I’m referring to and haven’t had any other complaints. It takes a while to load and access my accounts upon opening. Once it’s open it’s fine, but lags terribly in the beginning. Once it’s finally running I’ve done what I’ve come to do and I’m ready to close the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, closing the app, restarting my phone. But nothing helps. Please work on this.

Love the app except the newest update. Please move that chat function. It is smack dab in the way of all the basic functions. Please put it down lower on the screen.
Last Update Is Terrible
The last update slowed the response time of this App significantly. Now when the app is launched you have to wait for an advertisement to load. Then you have to click off the ad and wait again for the app to respond. Super annoying! It’s bad enough that I’m contemplating switching financial services to another company.
Great app — update suggestion
Great app, overall. Easy to use and nice interface. Not sure if it’s possible but it would be great if you could allow users to edit the “memo” within the transfer area of the app. I made a mistake recently and wanted to fix it and could not. Maybe it’s a regulatory issue but I thought I’d check.

I must say this app is a game changer for me I am all ways in the know I highly recommend works as it should get it
