Contour Airlines

Won’t save your account. Doesn’t remember you even when entering login and password (replies “incorrect credentials”). Getting a boarding pass is hit or miss, even after checking in and despite claims of being integrated with American Airlines. Flight status is not updated or accurate. Contour Airlines is ghetto.

Downloaded the app and thankfully I can check my info as a guest but when I go to make an account, an error code pops up for the password. The error code is gibberish and has symbols in it. It does not tell me what is wrong with my password. There is also no criteria showing what is needed in the password. Also, no chance of getting your boarding pass virtually.

Where I live, Contour works under contract with American Airlines. However, for some reason your Contour tickets, boarding passes, and such doesn’t transfer over to the American Airlines app. You have to go thru Contour’s website or app separately to check in and get your tickets, but it’s a huge hassle. They require you to know your ticket number and tell you it’s printed on your ticket if you want to check in to your flight — but most people don’t HAVE the ticket until they’re checked in. This makes it exponentially difficult to check in or get a ticket. When I switched over from the web to try the app, I was able to see my upcoming flight but it didn’t offer a boarding pass! At every connection with contour I had to have either the TSA agent or Gate agent look up my pass with my ID. I have received great service on Contour flights, but their app is the pits. Please fix it or work with American so that my Contour boarding pass shows up on their app.

Most of the time you download an app and expect it to work. So so boring. This app has you guessing from the minute you install it. "Does this button work? How about this one!?" An adventure from open to uninstall!

Cannot log in to app. My password has special characters (required by the website), but the app literally blocks special characters in the password field. Try harder, contour developers. Get a QA department.

This is one of the worse airline apps, hands down. It doesn’t EVER recognize TSA pre-check, nor does it let you add the boarding pass to Apple wallet. Come on, Contour…..get with it.

I was able to check in, but every time I try to put my boarding pass into my Apple wallet I get an error message. Please fix this!

Worst app ever. Totally useless!🤬

Just installed this app. It won’t let me enter the last character of my password to login. I type it and it immediately disappears preventing me from accessing my profile. Useless.

Employee found my lost luggage on the plane. I emailed a few weeks later, and they claimed they had found the item, but when I went to pick it up less than a week later, they stated they had thrown the item away. Keep in mind, this airline had held the item for less than 30 days in total and stated they had the item only a week prior. After my last flight, I won’t be flying with Contour again.
