Terrible

This app is trash. Every other month it just completely resets. So keeping track of anything (the apps ONLY job) doesn’t happen.

Update makes you miss cycle.

I did a mandatory update on the app and it erased all my data. I ended up missing my reminder and was immediately prompted to pay for premium every time I tried to reconfigure my cycle dates. The new update made me miss my cycle by 4 days due to not sending out an alert I have set to push notifications for.

Terrible

It is preset to reflect days ring is removed for 10 days. Ring should only be out for 7 days. It’s so confusing and makes the app useless. You can’t adjust the days.

Does nothing

Terrible. Does nothing. The only feature is hitting the insert button but even that is futile because you have to manually change the dates. Better off plugging into your calendar and setting an alarm. Don’t waste your money on premium. Worthless

My data got randomly removed

Hi all my historical data and setting got removed one day when I opened the app. Luckily I knew my last information.. how do I recover ?

Bare minimum features to record/track

Bare minimum features to record. Stopped allowing me to update my current cycle unless I would pay for the premium service, which I did once before and it gave me nothing of value in return.

The app in trash without the premium version.

No reminders

Paid for the upgrade. Followed all the rules. Set up the reminders in the app. Made sure I’m set receive reminders within my iPhone. And nothing. I’ve yet to receive any communication from the app unless I go into the app itself, which is not the point. Why aren’t the reminders working?

Premium for Notifications

The whole point of the app is to notify the user when to remove their nuvaring, but beware that you will only get notified if you pay for premium.

New issues

I’ve had this app since around 2018 and I used to be amazing, earlier this year it had an update or something and it just does not work anymore it won’t update when I need to put in the ring or anything. I’ve tried waiting it out but it’s been months it has not worked at all for me. Used to be a great app now its frustrating and doesn’t do what its supposed to at all.
