Downloaded App and paid to download all my devices. Only Downloaded four of seven devices. Asked for support but got no reply. Have since received a refund from Apple. Waste of time.

It doesn’t support all device that the Insteon hub supports, such as door locks and sensors. Not useful!

First I have to complement the developer. I had difficulties getting the app to unlock on my iPad and the developer submitted an update to Apple within hours that fixed my problem. I also submitted a feature suggestion which was received positively and may be available in a future release. As for the application, the Widgets are so useful. No longer do I have to open this app or the insteon app to control my most frequently used devices! Extremely beneficial! The geofencing also works well and will become more useful for me once I get the Insteon garage door controller.

This App picks up where insteon left off. The single greatest feature is the customizable widget.

This app doesn't work. It may happen to control one device which may tempt you to pay the $2.99 to control all your devices. Don't fall for it. It's a scam. The app shows devices being on when they are off, shows them off when they are on, controls some but not others. It's unreliable and therefore ultimately a whole lot slower than the one made for the Hub. I hope for a faster controller for Hub Insteon, but this one isn't it, at least not yet.

This app will not connect to my Insteon Hubs. It locks up trying to connect. I would like a refund

Love the latest version, my device wasn't recognized as a garage door now it is. Nice app very useful and the developer is very responsive!
