The app has serious issues with gui and how to control settings. Please fix! iPad and iPhone interface both have issues with buttons that don’t work. iPad the background screen doesn’t fit. Also issues with controls saying update but nothing happens when pushing the buttons. Not able to change state between high/low. So the app is completely useless now. There where issues before but now it is even worse.

I have the balboa spa system since a year back. One off the main reasons for buying was the ability to control the temperature remotely and heat it using schedules via this app. I paid $150 extra for the wifi module enabling app control but what a waste that turned out to be. I have been in contact with their support 2 times when the app has not saved the inputted data and both time there was a server related error that took a couple of days to “fix” just to return a coupme of weeks later. Now I have given up reaching out because it is faulty by deafult. Starting to regret my choice of brand for my spa. I hope some day I can change this review but I’m doubting it based on this year.

This app is garbage! After the latest update my spa is disconnected from wi-fi and every time I try to use the app it crashes! Fix it!

With this update wi-fi connection constantly disconnects. Please bring back the previous version!

I cannot set or control the water temperature after latest update. Previously I could drag on a scale to chose. At the moment the app freezes and nothing happens.

After this “upgrade” it’s totally worthless, you can’t even change temperature. If you leave the app and go back the temperature always is set to 30 degrees. COME ON, USA went to moon 1969 and you can’t do an app to change temperature 🤨😡

Hard to find a worse app.

Appen har blivit mycket mer stabil. Den skickar kommandon mycket snabbare.
