Can’t even submit a complaint because the app returns with an “account does not exist” error despite the complaint form requiring the user to have logged in which means the user was able to register an account with a valid account number. Just stupid!
Been 2 weeks there is still no info on installation.

Hi Developers! I just love how light the app is and its UI & the UX. However, I want to share a concern that I’ve experienced a bug and I’m stuck at “we are building your dashboard” page and then i tried restarting the app it doesn’t work the only way to resolve my issue is by uninstalling it and reinstalling. Hope you resolve this issue. Thank you, developers!
