Unreliable and doesnt always send notifications for new chats leading to missing leads

It does not notify us while customers think we are ignoring them and leaves us bad feedback

Don’t know why autotrader have pushed us dealers onto this chat platform. There are no notifications. No alerts when you receive a new message. Sometimes the app freezes mid conversation and you have to retype everything. The old platform was definitely better. I have spoken to Autotrader about this and they seem to just brush this off yet we are paying them loads of money every month for a service. I’ve also emailed Conversational Cloud admin and they seem to be of no help whatsoever. Something needs to be done ASAP. Terrible customer experience

What a great idea and what a bad quality and service

Absolutely useless app. No choice but to use, business losing app. Needs updating/upgrading/starting again

Autotrader should ditch this messaging app as it’s not fit for purpose for all the reasons already given

As others stated, we’ve lost so much custom as there is now no alarm or notification to bring attention to an incoming message.

Absolutely appalling since new switchover last year we have lost huge amount of leads they not coming through no notification to point they coming through now months and months later why is this acceptable from previous chat was absolutely great instant ring tone setting to notify agent trader no help to rectify that this is not working incompetent shambles sort it out ASAP

How a company like Autotrader find this app acceptable is beyond me. Then have the cheek to talk about unanswered online leads on their webinars.

Poor performance & glitchy. Unable to delete old messages. Can’t see customer phone number.
