Ridiculous
Can’t do anything without paying to upgrade! If you want people to keep this game, stop being ridiculous with your money grabbing schemes!
Disappointed
I can’t keep playing because as soon as I try to play level 8 season 2 the app closes and I loose all.
Frustrating game play
The game often needs to download, even without an update. It takes forever and it doesn’t download if the app is not open. Requires a lot of memory space. It causes you to miss out on earning potential gold bars. They took away the ad watching for gold bars. When you get to some stages like country fried cabin and cakes, the amount of bars needed to upgrade your equipment is a lot. Meaning you are stuck on the stages.
Money grabbing and bad customer service
I have been a long time player of the game, and all of a sudden the other day my game stopped working and wouldn’t progress me to the next fame level even though I had achieved the required fame points. I have been back and forth with the customer support the last week with no answers, they promised me 15 gold to compensate and to fix the game, neither has happened. I have spent money on this game too, and in my eyes, if you pay for a service that you do not receive, that is fraudulent. They are still charging people money too.
This game use to be good
This game use to be awesome, I’m not sure what’s happened. Does it not get updated anymore? Has it just been forgotten about? Use to be able to watch ads for gold etc, can’t watch them now. It’s really hard to get enough coins to unlock another restaurant. Just stuck with two restaurants and no way to make money or gold. The game “unlocks” soooo many new restaurants that there’s no way you can afford or get to the required lvl to actually play in them. Disappointing, could be a really great game. Do something developers!! Otherwise what’s the point of having the game on the App Store? Lame

Don’t need money to progress
Not sure what other players are doing but I’ve managed to progress and buy lots of locations with gold without spending a cent. However the downfall is, this game hasn’t had an update in 2 years. You used to be able to watch videos to get gold etc but they no longer work. Also, there’s an error in the prep kitchen. More than once I have clicked on a “recipe” to get a VIP but a different character will be getting “made”. I just clicked on one that would have taken 10 hours overnight but having checked on it, it’s now a 2 day auto chef being made. Meaning I can’t make any supers/vips for the next 2 days.
Download if you’re ready to be disappointed
At first I thought the game was great. It sharpens your brain to focus and memorize then it shows the real purpose of the game (which is to bring the developer real money only, no fun brought to players). After only 1 map, it’s incredibly hard to continue. I no longer can continue to progress because to continue to the next map, you have to have certain amount of gold and the only way to get gold that much is to spend with real money. So please save yourself some time to not download this game unless you’re ready to be disappointed as your progress goes nowhere.
