I love this app
Pros: Firstly, I love the affirmations. I love how it is recommended to repeat them. I love the different categories. I wish they could add more categories like, “healing abuse”, “overcoming trauma” and “feeling good enough for love”. I repeat the affirmations, daily and it really helps! Cons: The affirmations are too fast and should slow down. Please slow the affirmations down, so I can process them and repeat them in a timely fashion. Consider an option to slow or speed it up or down
