About few minutes I could not park the rented bike because pop up with the force update appeared. It meant that I needed to update the application using mobile traffic before I ended the ride. But the worse thing followed in the next moment. When I tried to explain this situation as a feedback with the aim of sharing experience to improve the application, the agent left the chat before I ended typing!

I have been using this app in Barcelona, the app is stable and easy to use, scooters and bikes were in very good condition, everything was fine. The price is 0.26€/min for double-seated scooter. Don't forget about promos!

Si al lugar al que te diriges no se te ha ocurrido mirar a ver si puedes dejar ahí la moto o no, por lo menos estaría bien que te hicieran un recordatorio sobre el destino al que vas si es posible aparcar o no para que no des una vuelta en balde y te cueste más dinero
