The idea of a slim card hardware wallet is great. However, the companion app feels so old and cluttered. I have to import all of my crypto using contract addresses, then the token image doesn’t even import. The app just feels slow and dated, it doesn’t look like its been updated since 2012 or something! I don’t enjoy using the app at all, it’s made me consider a different hardware wallet entirely - I think i’ll look into tangem wallet next.

Painfully slow

Very safe offline wallet. Needs to start going down the direction of easier withdrawals, and more availability on converting crypto. This app desperately needs an update in the exchanges it deal with, you need to have open source network to all swap networks Thanks

The hardware is nice, you can’t customise the balance / coin displayed on the card’s little screen. The software is kind of clunky, the UI is quite basic and feels a touch old school. The UX is also a bit off, when confirming the BIP seed phrase it would make the experience much better if the words were alphabetically listed. Transactions don’t seem to get marked as confirmed for a good while, and I’ve had to force update transactions to make it happen. Overall it’s a good early pass of a product, I’ll use it for pocket money. Some improvements to be made but you don’t start with a car, you start with a skateboard.

現在solana 鏈的迷因幣、NFT市場都很熱絡，但是貴司的app nft僅能顯示eth鏈nft。是否也可以支援solana 鏈的nft，這樣感受度會更好。

冷錢包內的資產顯示美金或是台幣金額都是大於現況資產的金額，交易所以太一顆目前33XX美金，冷錢包上顯示金額為6xxx美金，煩請查證一下 謝謝
