Mobile access to over 35 years of Copeland product information.
The Copeland Mobile smartphone app provides on-the-go access to Copeland's online product information (OPI) database for Copeland product specifications. This database includes both air conditioning and refrigeration products used in a variety of HVACR applications. Simply start by logging in with your current OPI username or register for a new account through the app. Next, enter at least 3 characters of the model nomenclature to activate an auto fill recommendation listing for model selection. Once a model and application are selected, choose from a variety of options within the home menu screen to search for information pertaining to that specific model. This app’s focus is to bring access of the OPI database directly to the HVACR service industry.
The Copeland Mobile app includes:
• Scout, Intelligent HVACR Assistance chatbot (powered by Gen AI)
• WebApp – instant updates via online product information database
• Auto fill model recommendations
• "Where To Buy" lookup
• Serial number validation

This app used to work awesome
They updated it drop downs no longer work. Used to be able to pick through model numbers no longer Must be a DEI hire for the new programer. Bring back the old version

Copeland app
Nice to be able to get detailed technical information like compressor displacement, thermodynamics and performance maps.
Handy if you find the product
I find myself running into walls when it comes to obsolete equipment. You get very basic information, but nothing more. Service bulletins and other technical info for older equipment is seriously lacking. Leaving newer techs working on older equipment to fend for themselves.
App is useful
Tech support non existent.
Compressors
When you look at the service parts then try to look at what’s inside the compressor and how gas flows it’s gives you an error “502 gateway” not found

iPhone 6 black screen
iOS 12.5.7, app claims to be compatible but when I launch it it just stays stuck on a black screen.
