Haven’t been able to book a cab for over a month now. Useless app.
App wont work. Update needed. Won't update Tried downloading latest version from the App Store; which after downloading it reports the same update needed message.
App wont load anything once signed in. Its frozen and wont swipe up or down. Have attempted to redownload and relog in many times to no avail. Please get this sorted ASAP.
I’ll just use other companies for my business that don’t have such useless apps. Queenstown is small and once you lose business here you lose it from all the businesses I know as well we will use green cabs as their systems work properly. Don’t bother with this app
Can’t even sign up on IOS 17 phone. Hour glasses and never sends text. Tried 3 times.
garbage app, waste of time. Took an age to create a profile and then issues with trying to book. Shame
I was unable to select flight time arrival, app kept defaulting to current time. App wants to log on fresh after closing, the text to verify is annoying. Being an Apple app it should know better. It’s me on the phone using the app, why does the app need to verify a verification that allows the use of the phone the apps installed on….. that’s just dumb
You need to allow travellers to add their flight details and pre-book in advance more than one week. I’m going away for 9 days and could only book the trip to the airport. Greater peace of mind would be achieved if I could also book for my return trip.
It saved my pick up time as afternoon and not morning. It saved wrong address for pick up. I tried editing booking several times. It fixed the address error but not the pick up time. Eventually I deleted the booking. Couldn’t book return pick up more than one week in advance. The website was no better. It used to be so easy. What happened?
Unfortunately there’s a bug in the prebooking option in the app which means there can be a discrepancy between the time you’ve recorded to be picked up and what is registered with Taxi company. In my case the times don’t reconcile between prebooking screens within the app. Pretty fundamental flaw!!!
