The app is all well and good provided that one can see how and where to upgrade to premier, I need to upgrade as my partner is incarcerated in the USA and I live in an offshore UK island, and I need to be able to communicate with him … feeling lost without him!

Not let me log in, saying access denied, reason 403. Whatever the hell that means? It doesn’t explain what to do, just keeps telling u the same dam stuff, without telling u a solution. And then, logged into 2 many appliances..

Won’t let me accept anyone to send me emails! So it’s completely useless

My 3rd review & im putting it back up to 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I like the fact the font is smaller, it looks tidier that way. Still hoping that one day we can include photos - maybe one photo a month? Regardless of that, it's still a great app & does what it's supposed to do. Only 1 complaint I have is the length of time it takes to get to each other. Still a great app despite that 💖

Corrlinks is a fantastic way to keep in touch with friends and family on the inside.

Good concept and design as similar to email on iPhone but my new messages are not coming through on here, only when I delete the app and reinstall it they are there! Would have paid the $6 if it worked!

I had a Corrlink acct a few years ago. I went onto the website to see if I needed to reactivate it. I found I received a email I read and responded. I only received half the website and app. I kept looking for the recharge my acct button. It wasn’t there. In fact out of the 7 menu options I have 4. My account has no way of loading money to send, no photo option, no recharge option. So I downloaded the app thinking maybe I’d have those options there. Nope a box popped up saying I had to have the premium acct because I have a iPhone. That was fine. So it directed me back to the website. The website processed the upgrade to premium and took the money. Guess what, I still can not put money on it my account my for emails to him or for the inmate to emails me, etc. oh can’t forget to mention there is no place to change your last name. In saying that ladies do not get married or divorced and change your name it’s impossible to change it in the website. I kept trying to contact the company but they do not list their phone number, I did send a couple of emails. I still haven’t heard back from them. I understand the federal government is contracted with them but dang if corrlinks doesn’t act like a very shady company. P.S. I did look at their reviews and there is site after site with complaints. It’s sad since this is the only way to stay in contact friends and loved ones.

It’s the best solution out now if you want quick access or something close to your prior reality however don’t be fooled that really the best thing about this app. Otherwise it deletes your entire message at time when left for what may be deemed and longer period of time. In addition there’s still a delay in the prisoner actually receiving your message; about a 2 hour delay but again that’s nothing compared to waiting for traditional mail.

I don’t expect much from a prison app but why does the app have 2 faceless people as their motto? It’s like they’re saying inmates and their family aren’t people.

I paid for a year of service for nothing this app is complete trash requests don’t pop up you don’t get the messages until hours later by then we already talked on the phone pointless app waste of money and it hardly works deleting my account asap
