There is a glitch in the application. The application does not open at all

App not opening 🤦🏻‍♀️

All of sudden it has stopped working on my iphone! The app keeps asking for my mob no. Without sending any verification message! I had to delete the app and forget about Costa coffee.

It’s so sad that a big company like Costa does not offer/provide gift vouchers/cards. It’s my friend’s birthday, she LOVES Costa. It would’ve been nice to purchase for her a gift card…

Downloaded the app, today. Placed an order for collection at store. Paid for the order. Went for collection and was told ‘oh this item is not available’. Err … there should be a simple way in the app to inform me what I ordered and paid for is not available, right? Allowing me to pick something else before I reach the place? Pretty pointless. Honestly. App downloaded, today. App used, today. App deleted, today.

The costa coffee app is my recognizing the new purchases. Despite multiple scans the points were not credited. So waste of purchase and no benefits. The team has to look into it and fix the bug as soon as possible.

The app has good offers, this is how to make it better: 1. Remove the "enable the notification" pop-up everytime the app is opened. 2. Remove the glitch where we are asked by the baristas to close and reopen the app everytime to scan the QR code.

The weekly offers are ALWAYS not working.. “bad connection” , “not in our system” , “close the app and open it again” are always the excuses given when the weekly offers wouldn’t work. And the free Eid drinks? They always tell us there’s a connection issue. Then why put the offers up in the first place??
