I know that not many reviewers have given this 5*. I’m not interested in fancy graphs or heating timetables devised by NASA, I just want something that turns my heating on and off when I want it to. Remote control is quite a nice addition. Cosy does what I want it to in a simplistic way so I have to give it a 5.
Simple app and has a range of functions but quite clunky and dated
Worked fine for years, now has black text on a black background on the key screen ?? I mean really ??? how utterly idiotic…. Obviously no one checked the app after the last update, oh, and it doesn’t work anymore… only gave one star as there isn’t an option for Zero
I’ve just moved into a house which already has this cost device installed. Whilst the concept is good, the app is absolutely terrible! When registering I had to guess which fields needed what information as they were all black with no descriptions, and all the fields that I guess are used to set the profiles etc up are black and formatttd terribly. Please sort your app out! Wish I’d brought my google nest with me from my old house… that’s how an app for smart home heating should be. Dissappointed… will probably get rid of the system at some point.
If iPhone is set to dark mode some of the menus are back and difficult to read. Please could you amend this as I have my phone set to dark mode as it’s easier to see things in contrast -and it just doesn’t work in this app.
Never worked properly since release, seems abandoned by the developers , which is probably a good thing so everyone has to move to a competitor that has a system that works They can’t even change the app so dark mode works…. Incompetency all round I would avoid anything from geo, they are cheap incompetent devices that don’t work

I have used the Cosy app over the years on my iPhone, iPad and Alexa. This winter it has failed on my iPad as it will not accept the password. I also cannot set it up on Alexa for the same reason. Unfortunately despite several messages to and from the developers they still cannot solve the problem which should be very easy to correct. I have never had these problems on any of my other apps. At least it works on my iPhone. Have given up on trying on other devices. Such a shame as the Cosy system has been working well for the many years I’ve had it installed.
My husband and I moved into a home with a Cosy hub installed. It’s is terrible! The app is worse! Wish I could upload screen shots of certain app screens where the text is black, on a black background!! Idiotic! Have to wait for the app to connect to the devices if I haven’t logged on in a while which is a pain and is seems to take forever. I really don’t see how people think it is a good system?
Have has the system for heating and water and it works well, but the app lets it down. Constantly have to log out and reboot. Time this was fixed!
